Like humans, dogs grow at different rates. In some cases, they take two-three years to reach their full size. Often, they will stay one size for months and suddenly have a growth spurt. If you are really worried, you can ask your vet. But, as long as they are healthy, I say to just let them grow at their own pace.

small breeds get thier size in the first year large and giant breeds get thier size in the second year.
